Get your weekend off to a flying start and come wandering on water to see East Perth in a different light.

Be taken on a journey past some of Perth’s most picturesque parklands. You’ll paddle past Burswood Park with its popular picnic spots and stunning gardens and experience the calm of Claisebrook Cove with its system of streams that flow into the Swan. Soon you will pass under the new iconic Matagarup walk bridge and experience stunning up close views from the river, of the new Optus sports stadium. We can't wait!

Learn the history of the east side of the city and hear about the Heirisson Island nature reserve and its marsupial inhabitants.

We’ll teach you basic paddling techniques and take some actions snaps of you along the way. Its a truly magnificent way to begin your day.

EXTRAS

We can provide you with water proof bags to keep any belongings dry. The kayaks have front water proof hatches.

LAUNCH LOCATION

River end of Trinity Avenue, East Perth. We arrive a bit before the meet time and then with your help we unload the kayaks onto the grass and get oursleves ready for a paddle.
